this is Caleb Andrew King. my son! our son! we are already in love with him. he was born at 7:47pm on Thursday, November, 24th 2004 at Missouri Baptist Hospital.

Kristie was a trooper and knocked out the entire labor naturally with no medication. the baby had other plans however and did not want to come out that way. they performed a C-section and Caleb was born! happy, healthy, and BIG! and man does he have a set of lungs! ok, more pictures later this weekend. Praise God from which this blessing came!

never ever, ever.ever.ever.ever.ever.ever....

this is getting ridiculous....

when will this baby come?!?!?! please Lord, soon! neither one of us can take it much longer. we want your joy. we want to share your miracle.

today's thought....

My Utmost for His Highest Daily Devotional: "When we discern that other people are not growing spiritually and allow that discernment to turn to criticism, we block our fellowship with God. God never gives us discernment so that we may criticize, but that we may intercede."

how true is this? how often do we see someone we know who is not walking like they should, and we start talking about them? "did you see bobby yesterday? i couldn't believe how much he was swearing." this is just plain gossip and it does affect our relationship with our Lord. how much more affective is "bobby, i noticed you swearing a lot yesterday, is everything alright?" we should look to edify and encourage not gossip. it does no good to tell other people when someone stumbles, if no one acts, they still fall.

ironic, or moronic?....

so, i should probably start out by telling you all what's going on with me right about now. i spent all this week in class for a 24 Hour Fitness certification so that i can train people at the gym. 8 to 5 each day. the first few days were all science related and there was a test on thursday. i'm pretty sure that i nailed it. you had to get an 80% or better. i get the results back sometime next week. then i get payed more per hour, and even more when i train. that will help. i'm looking foward to working with this kid that i have. he says he wants to run faster when he is playing paintball. i think that's awesome. i'll see what i can do for him.

:off track:

so, i'm headed to this class today and on my way i pull up next to this car. i look over and this dude has a cigarette in is hand and a livestrong bracelete on his wrist. i wanted to say, "hey Idiot! your supporting cancer awareness and your giving yourself cancer! nice job." but i didn't.

so that class is over. i have to work this weekend. that job is done in a few weeks. on monday, i have my first training class for NWMF. there mascot is the Rhino so it's called Rhino Training. fun huh? that's were i'll be all day monday. i have to present on my target market. that's what i'll be doing tonight and this weekend. the fun is only beginning.

i've got to study hard tonight and tomorrow. i'm taking my life and health insurance license tomorrow afternoon. so i'll be cramming tonight and tomorrow. kristie is helping to quiz me. i need a 70% to pass. i'm hoping that i'll do better than that. i think that i can. ok, we're eating pizza and studying.

if anyone is interested: i'm turning LiFEunnoTiced.com into a devo/fellowship site. please visit and check it out.... it will be under development for a while, but i'll let you all know when you can join and log in. you will be able to have your own stuff, like a blog, and be able to post on the message board. i will post up different news items that are faith/Jesus/theology/music related. i'm going to try and do a music review. i'll also post devos up and insights that i run into. that is what the site will mainly be for. if you have something that you want to share, post it up, talk about it. i tried this once before, but i think that this site will facilitate better. ok, that's it for now.

Check out the vote....

FOXNews.com

check the vote as it comes in....

vote day, vote day, vote day!

we can't call it election day because we won't actually have someone elected for weeks. kristie and i already voted absentee a couple weeks ago.

there is a cool short movie on the side called "Snake Hunter". check it out, it's kind of silly. it's 6megs. so be prepared.
