so......

i got this computer a couple of weeks ago and everything is great. yesterday i download the new iTunes update (4.5) and the new iPod update. well, i connect my iPod and it tells me that something is not right and that i need to restore my iPod's settings. so i do that and connect it again, it freezes iTunes. i disconnect, get on the phone with applecare and it still freezes. michelle (from applecare) and i do some diagnostics and it still freezes. she then tries to connect me with a specialist, we get disconnected. i call back, and get gus (another specialist) and he says that we've tried everything and that i need to send my iPod in to get repaired. booooo.

so basically, my iPod took a big dump on me this week.

guess what else? i ordered a new golf bag from nike and it came a few days ago. i open the box only to find that it has been extremely damaged in transit. so i call and they send me a new one while i send back the damaged one. the new one arrived on wednesday and it was fine. also, my new nike irons arrived today! i have to drop them off at golf galaxy tomorrow to get lengthened and to get the lie adjusted. then i will be the

WORLD'S GREATEST GOLFER!

i'm also waiting for a new bible to come in. it is a greek and hebrew keyword study bible. i can't wait!

anyway, i'm off to a men's deal at church tomorrow, so that will be nice. then off to the cardinals vs. cubs in the evening. i hope we don't get rained out. everyone keep it real.

the day is mine!

today is the day! the old crooner is going home. if he makes a cd, i might listen to it before i buy it, but within his genre he'll probably sound great. i wish him the very best of luck in all his endevours. have fun at school and enjoy life.

now as far as all of this "american idol is racist" crap, what are people talking about? i am getting very tired of these uneducated statements. the chinese community didn't get in an uproar when william hung didn't even make the show. the islands of hawaii didn't pull the racism card when one of their two representatives were voted off. so why is there an outcry of racism when a black contestant is voted off? i was just as amazed by that bottom three, but you have to look at the entire show. if we want to break it down into races, four white contestants and one hawaiin contestant were voted off in the first five weeks! then ONE black person, who happened to be a good singer. and tonight another WHITE contestant went home out of a Black contestant, a Hawaiin contestant, and a White contestant in the bottom three. so stop pulling your racist card everytime something happens to a black person. the next thing you know jesse jackson is going to be on the show.

eh.... so what?

that's how i felt after the show tonight. one good thing to happen was

JOHN STEVENS WAS TERRIBLE!

so hopefully he will not get the votes tonight. we'll see. it's up to geriatric america to decide.

i'm almost positive now that there are some alternative powers at hand in this competition. no one can look me in the eye and tell me that john stevens is a better vocalist, not even a better pop star, but a better vocalist than fantasia or jennifer. no one. this is too frusterating, i'm out.....

the imac has arrived, and it is glorious! a 20 inch screen, 160 gig hd, 512 meg of ram. this is officially the first blog from the imac.

so long, old friend....

our beloved Buster has found a new home. a nice couple came to take him to their home yesterday, and it was a sad day. the little guy should be happy there, they have no children and they love animals. they do have a cat, so he will have some company. the lady seemed to be in-love with Buster. she cuddle with him, and pet him. she thought that he was just the cutest thing.
so, Buster is no longer with us. we will always remember him in all his furriedness.
