some of you might have been there before, but if not, go check it out. this festival is awesome and if you have the chance to go, get there. we are going this year, not sure which days though. it will be awesome.....

so, how's it going? that's nice. seeing how some of my other blog friends have been doing this, i thought that i would jump on the band wagon;

listening to: cmradio.net - modern rock, ffh, and audio adrenaline

reading: the gospels, everythings eventual - steven king

watching: nothing on tv really - all our shows are done for the summer. as far as movies go we just saw bruce almighty - really funny, matrix reloaded - not as good as the first but very action packed, need to see x-men 2

it's been so long......

life has been busy lately.... mini-camps, dogs, workouts, errands, stuff, etc...... but life has also been good. we are still married, and it couldn't get better. i love my wife so much.
owen is getting so big, and we have new pics! he has lost a couple of teeth and new teeth are coming in. he is 16 weeks this week and still growing. he weighs over 21lbs now. he is a great part of our family.

american idol is over isn't it. and rueben won didn't he.... what's up with that? i think that it is interesting that simon said they were going to record and release both of their records at the same time. so we'll see what the tale of the sales says. phil, i hadn't heard about josh going back to active duty, where did you hear that? personally, i think that clay should have won this thing but he will be around regardless. 1300 people isn't that big of a margin to be worried about. i do know that i won't buy rueben's record. i personally don't like his voice. for that matter, i probably won't buy clay's record either. i just don't buy cd's. i'll just find the songs that i like on the net. as fars as images go, i think that it is hard to find a hot superstar with a great talent. it is so easy to make someones voice in today's industry that it is easier to find the hot superstar and make them sound good.
anyway.....
we watched miyazaki's spirited away this afternoon. it's really good. go check out the website for miyazaki's other films=> miyazakimovies.com and rent the movie.

it comes down to a battle of the men. clay and rueben. we wish them both good luck. i know that most of the people in my family (immediate and extended) are rooting for rueben, but as for me and my house...... we stand for clay.

hey there everyone....
so i have done a little updating, with a new section in the pics => :: cam pics. make sure that you go check it out. i will post a "pic of the week" every week and have other random pics from my camera-phone.

we took owen to puppy school today and he did very well. he is a smart little boy. he picked things up so quick. we worked on walking on his leash and not jumping on people. he's a good boy, we love him.

ha, so long josh. three to go, who will be next?.....

so, i don't have to go to mini-camp afterall... i guess the union considers 1 year veteran enough for you to only attend one mini-camp. so i will be spending the mother's day weekend with mothers. that's a lot of driving with a dog in the car.
ok, ok. so we just got new phones. they've got cameras on them, it's pretty sweet. our old phones were acting up so we traded up. neat-o!

happy cinco de mayo! a great holiday that mexicans don't even really care about, but we do! !arriba!
what else is new?
owen is getting big and old. well... not so much old, but he is big. and will be 14 weeks this wednesday. kristie and i are doing really well, having a great time.
i have mini-camp #1 this weekend. followed by mini-camp #2 next weekend. this weekend we will only have young guys and new guys which means lots of reps. that's good. i will have some new pics up very soon, no worries. i know that you all just want to see the dog anyway.
don't forget to watch the season finale of "real world/road rules challenge: battle of the sexes" followed by "punk'd". you can catch up on the rw/rr challenge all day today on mtv.
