new job, new life....

so, i've finished my first week at my new job! it was was really good. i enjoyed getting up and going to work in the morning, that is a big step.

for those of you that don't know, i recently took a job with a leading home builder in st. louis. they are also located in several other cities. i am in the project manager training program. i'm starting off in the office learning estimating, contracts and customer service. after i master those, then i move on the doing my field work on a project. i'm learning a lot right now and enjoying it so far. i'm told that i'll get to a spot where i hate it for a while, but that it is really good when i'm done with training. i'm going to start studying for my real estate license soon. it's part of the program and it comes with a bonus when i graduate. good times. anywho...
