so here i am, dropping one off. we had practice yesterday. it went well, but i am fairly stiff and sore from the week off. we are getting ready for the falcons on monday night this week. should be a good game. we are going against the 3-4 defense this week, so it calls for some extra preparation. kristie and i just got back from an hour long walk around creve couer lake with owen. i stink now and am going to get into the shower.
